10. Chlosterli – Gstaad, Switzerland
Chosterli is a Swiss nightclub located in the oldest chalet in the mountain retreat of Gstaad. The cold weather in the place may give the false impression of a tepid nightclub scene. Chlosterli destroys that notion, with the stone floor emitting lights that evoke memories of the 70's disco classic Saturday Night Fever. The place is actually a restaurant during the daytime, before it transforms into a hip nightclub in the evening. The place really comes to life during the peak winter months of December and January when Gstaad is inundated with rich tourists and socialites.
9. Club Aquarium – London, United Kingdom
Club Aquarium is the place for old school partying in London. The place offers guests not just a chance to rave in the dance floor, but also an opportunity to dip in the Jacuzzi or to partake in cocktails by the pool. Every so often, the club hosts a Carwash night when it plays 70's funk, disco and soul music and 80's new wave stuff. Adding to the fun is the penchant of guests to dress up for the occasion, so expect huge hair and outfits straight out of the 70's and 80's.

It boasts of a complete 360-degree honeycombed wall that covers the main area, thus acting as a projection screen for video effects. Vath himself handles the music every Friday and Saturday, with the rest of the week reserved for his friends and contacts in the electronic music world.

Also known as The Cave, Guacara Taina is a nightclub situated in a cave that is more than a few million years old. The entrance itself is at street level, but it quickly goes down to an inner portion of the cave that serves as one of the three dance areas. These dance floors are uniquely placed in natural crevices. The beauty of the nightclub is the natural superior acoustics that the place provides that allows guests to really feel the thumps of the music. Every Friday is merengue night, as the club celebrates the dance that originated in the Dominican Republic.

Halikarnas is a nightclub in the resort town of Bodrum in Turkey. The club fronts the beach and is in the open air. It can accommodate up to 10,000 people in an area surrounded by palm trees and Roman-style pillars. It boasts of mind-boggling laser and light shows, with a fountain measuring 85 feet high right in the center. The parties really take off from May to October, with well-known disc jockeys from around the world providing the music entertainment. The lineup of events changes extremely fast, so guests can expect variety and unpredictability each night they visit the place.

Skye is a nightclub situated on the rooftop of Hotel Unique, which is already an attraction in itself because of its cutting edge contemporary architecture. Guests of the nightclub are afforded an uninterrupted view of the city skyline, as there are no railings or walls to block the view. Its owners deliberately left the club open and sparse to allow a stunning view of the sky. There is also a pool that can be used, and those using it will not have to miss a beat because there are speakers under the water. The club is open 24 hours a day, though non-hotel guests can only access the place during certain hours.
